You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your par98 login credentials. par98 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
par98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of promotions, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account on par98.net, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the par98 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the par98 Platform and must not attempt to register an Account or access any par98 service.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and par98. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
par98 reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including after any material amendment. Failure to re-confirm may result in restricted access to your Account pending confirmation.
The par98 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. par98 conducts age verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. Verification is performed via government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of par98 is lawful in your jurisdiction. par98 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on par98:
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) par98 Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in your own name, under a false identity, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. par98 will suspend all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. par98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your par98 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. par98 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify par98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
par98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a copy of your CNIC, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit, and proof of address. par98 reserves the right to place a withdrawal hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
par98 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. par98 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to users where practicable.
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your par98 Account balance in PKR. par98 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. par98 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but par98 targets completion within one (1) to three (3) business days from approval. par98 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee, though third-party bank charges may apply.
All transactions on par98 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). par98 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any conversion required on the user's side is the user's own responsibility and cost.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. par98 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time inactivity commences. par98 will provide reasonable prior notice before applying such fees.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by par98 are subject to these general Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. par98 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied within the stated time period.
par98 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value, and systematically placing only the minimum qualifying bets to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, par98 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings and to suspend the Account.
par98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn after a user has already opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in shall continue to govern that user's participation in the affected promotion.
All bets placed on par98 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds before confirming placement. par98 will not reverse a correctly placed and confirmed bet based on a claim of user error.
par98 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or void any market at any time prior to settlement. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
par98 may void a bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the bet is matched; there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds offered; or where par98 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised. Voided bets are returned to your Account balance in full.
par98 operates maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. par98 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual users at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the par98 Platform:
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
All content on the par98 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, and software — is the intellectual property of par98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the par98 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any par98 content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, par98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, delayed transactions, or unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.
par98's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits par98's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
par98 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the Platform.
par98 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform — including payment processors and KYC verification partners — and only to the extent required to perform those services. Your continued use of the par98 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the par98 Platform, par98 encourages users to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal process.
par98 aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete complaint submission. Details of the formal complaints procedure are available on request from the support team.
